The Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) is a validated 10-question tool developed by Dr. Sheldon Cohen. It measures how often you've felt overwhelmed, out of control, or unable to cope over the past month — giving you a clear picture of where your stress stands and how much you may benefit from our recovery program.
